Father's Day Fish
Been fishing for several days on LML from 4:30-8:00 am without a nibble. Started to feel jinxed. Went out a little later around 5:30 am, hopeful as always. On 4th cast into moderate weeds, line suddenly started to rip, then suddenly slack, then rip, then slack. Larry never jumped, but ran in every direction. Really tricky to maintain tension on, but it was 15 fabulous minutes of adrenaline, head scratching, and fear something would break. About 20 inches. Also, caught a 1.5 inch Sally on a lure twice its size!!! That one jumped. Two personal bests on the LML; nice Father's Day.
