Ok so i went and fished the rocky river in lakewood for steelies 
no luck
.So i decided to try for some bass and to my surprise 
did pretty well..Just casting a green rooster tail up against the shore line. The fish i caught were very very healthy, they were nothing to brag about in size but 12 inches is a foot
